About Brand
Our story is told by a creator who had a strong desire to design a unique line of dog treats like nothing seen before… a desire to craft a local dog treat, made by local people. With the cookie business in full bloom, there had to be another treat, something different, that the masses were missing. On a very hot, summer night, the pans were hastily being rotated in the kitchen ovens and, after several failed attempts, the perfect granola batch was created. Many hours went into the pursuit of creating the perfect dog treat. The recipe was a combination of this and that and the flavors were extraordinary. It wasn’t long after K9 Granola Factory was born and although we quickly outgrew our small kitchens, our commitment to quality has stayed the same. As the family business continues to grow, our creator has realized the importance of designing flavors that are not only nutritious but delicious too. We choose the highest quality ingredients and combine them with oats ‘N honey to create fun loving flavors. Granola is not only in the name but our way of life!
Description
These scrumptious treats were created from our founder’s fond family memories. Her mother used extra pie dough to make little pastry bites in the shape of ducks.
Those ducks inspired the creation of our Quacks, a novel treat for your pet. We refer to these as the “Goldlilocks” of dog treats: not too crunchy or soft, and not too small or too big. They’re just right.
Quacks are available in three flavors: Blueberry and Vanilla, Peanut Butter Blast, and Baker’s Reserve Cheddar. Try our Oven Fresh Quacks for your furry friend! They are the perfect shortbread cookies for your dog.

Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
