Who is Boxiecat?
We’re cat people… We really love our cats!
What we don’t love is those annoying aspects of litter care like crumbly clumps, dust clouds or odors. We don’t like it when litter care is a chore, and we especially don’t like it when our cats have a problem with the litter box. We couldn’t find a solution on the market, so in 2009, Goldie and I decided we would do it ourselves!
Well, we seem to be onto something, because there are now quite a few precious cats in the Boxiecat family! Boxiecat litter is now in thousands of homes and shelters in all 50 states and around the world, and is used and recommended by veterinarians.
The Boxiecat philosophy is to provide natural, long lasting, and effective litter that takes care of those big issues most people have with litter care. Boxiecat is changing the litter experience…we guarantee it!
In 2015 we had an exciting expansion, offering a whole line of all natural and incredibly effective stain and odor removers – the perfect hygiene companion products to our litter line. We even released the stain and odor removers for dogs! Yes, we love doggies too:)

Flat Top™ litter:
Hard Flat Top™ clumps form instantly on the top of the litter box, rather than soaking to the bottom, making it easy to scoop and keeping the litter box ultra-clean throughout use. Boxiecat’s scent-free formula is truly odorless and eliminates ammonia odors without using fragrance as a masking agent. It is all natural, hypoallergenic, and contains no chemicals or additives.

One 28-pound bag lasts two cats approximately one month. It is perfect for single and multiple cats and all litter box types. We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centres.
Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
