Growing up on a mushroom farm is not something my brother and I thought much about as kids. But it was there, on the farm, that we developed an understanding and appreciation for the powerful health benefits of farm fresh foods. When we founded BIXBI decades later, we applied that knowledge to our line of organic mushroom supplements for dogs and cats. Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
