Where are Plato Pet Treats made?
Plato Pet Treats are produced here in the United States, in the heart of California, in our very own facility. This allows us to tightly control our own production processes so we can ensure that our treats are always made to our stringent quality standards.
Why the name Plato?
We have our very own philosophy we like to call, The Plato Way. Only the highest quality and safest ingredients for the best tasting pet treats possible. We started by baking custom treats for our own dogs 10 years ago and that’s where Plato Pet Treats began. Plato the philosopher as we know him to be was a thinker to say the least, and these are treats for people who truly think about the well being and health of their furry family members. It’s a smart way to treat the dogs that treat us so well.

Thinkers Chicken are hearty, meat-packed sticks with added EPA and DHA to support healthy brain function. Made with real chicken as the 1st ingredient, these treats are made with limited ingredients, are naturally preserved, and contain no artificial flavors, corn, wheat, or soy. Because of their large size, Thinkers offer substantial chewing satisfaction or can be broken into smaller pieces to create multiple treats. And we take the extra time to air-dry them in batches in our USA facility instead of baking them in order to retain more of the ingredients’ inherent nutrients (but your dog will just think that they smell and taste amazing). It takes longer, but we think its worth it. Thinkers also come in Salmon, Duck and Lamb.

We provide a variety of shipping options owing to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack the items according to our exact and precise specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers from all over the world. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centres.
Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment before shipping, we'll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you've purchased. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you bought the item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item must not be used and in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
